Standard Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unaltered, and in original packaging where applicable.

How Returns Work

Products fulfilled by our supplier partners: When you request a return on a supplier-fulfilled order, the supplier will be notified and will provide a return shipping label directly to you via email. Once the item is received and inspected by the supplier, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Products fulfilled directly by Drop Rate: Contact us to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds We offer refunds only — we do not offer exchanges at this time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
